This is a single cable for use with D2S or D2R bulbs and an aftermarket HID ballast. Most likely needed when your OEM ballast becomes faulty and the dealer wants over the odds for a new one. (As this cable on an OEM ballast is fixed).
If you have not already purchased a ballast elsewhere you may want to purchase with this.
You only need the slim ballast as your car is already setup for 35w HID ballasts.
