7 Day Money back guarantee:
We off a no-quibble 14 day money back guarantee if for any reason your are not happy and the product is in re-salable condition. If the item is faulty a refund or replacment will be sent. For body kits and parts we allow 7 days after delivery to notify us of any damage so we can raise a claim with the delivery company.

Buying:
When you buy a product from us you will pay us right away via Paypal. You do not need to be signed up with Paypal to use thier service you can just use them to process your credit/debit card. We will not charge you for using paypal.

Order shortages:
If your order is out of stock or not due in stock within 28 days we will send you an email to advise of the shortage and refund your payment. If it is due in within 28 days an email will be sent with an ETA. When ordering multiple items and some are out of stock. The remainder of the order will be sent with and partial refund for the out of stock product(s)

How to order:
Click the "buy now" button to add your product to the cart. Click "continue shopping" to go back a page with your item(s) still in your cart. If you want 2 or more of the same products just change the quantity in the cart and click recalculate. Your postage cost will be calculated automatically. You will recieved your order confirmation email once you have paid and your order will be proceessed by 9pm ready for dispatch the next day, excluding sundays and bank holidays.

Customers outside the EU:
We welcome all orders from outside the EU. All prices will include Tax. All purchases sent to customers outside the European Union include a customs declaration. The customs declaration lists the contents of the package/s and their value. You may be charged by your local authorities for import of goods when the goods arrive in your country. As the purchaser, these charges are your responsibility. Please contact your local authorities for details as regulations vary considerably between countries.

Goods Damaged in transit:
This usually only happens with the bodykits, although we do our best to protect them they can sometimes get damged. Please check it BEFORE signing for the goods. If they are damaged sign for them as damaged. Or make sure the delivery driver knows its damaged. If you just sign without checking then you are signing for it in good condition and there is NOTHING we can do.

Undeliverd/lost goods:
After 7 days your order has not arrived please contact your local post office. Most of the time someone was not there to sign, or the packet was to large for your letterbox and return to your local Royal Mail Depot. They are usually stored for 5-10 days and then reterned to us. (Returning the packet to us can take up to 5 weeks!) Please take note of local postal strikes which can often delay orders. If Royal mail do not have your packet then please contact us with your order number and purchase date. Royal mail consider items lost after 16 days after the purchase date and we can then replace/refund.

Fraud:
We will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities. Please note that internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order.
