For a stay of three nights or more, we offer a half board rate which includes accommodation, full English breakfast, a three course Dinner,  coffee inclusive of Vat at the current rate

All rooms are double or twin bedded en-suit with sea views, flat screen TV, WiFi, direct dial telephone, tea making facilities, hair dryers, bath robes and toiletries from the Natural Soap Company

 We do welcome children over the age of 12 years

 Dogs are welcome at £ 5 per day

Please provide food and bedding

 A £ 50 deposit is required with all bookings and will be credited to your account on arrival

Table d'hote 7.00 for 7.30pm

 

Terms include
Full English breakfast and choice from the table d'hote menu for dinner which consists of three courses and tea or coffee. We regret that no reductions can be given for meals not taken. Packed lunches and sandwiches are available at reasonable prices.
Deposit
A £25 (per person) deposit is required with all confirmed bookings. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations
In the unlikely event of a cancellation we will do our utmost to re-let your accommodation. However, if this is impossible we may have to ask for appropriate settlement in accordance with our legal rights. To protect against such an eventuality we strongly recommend that guests take out a suitable insurance policy and we will enclose a form for you with confirmation of your booking. The premium is very small and covers not only cancellation but also accidents and damage to property and theft. Deposits are non-refundable.
Credit Cards
Most major Credit cards are welcome. Deposits can be made by phone or fax using your credit or debit card.
Service
Service is not included but left at your discretion.
Arrival and Departure
Rooms are normally available from 2pm and we ask that rooms are vacated by 11am on day of departure.
